You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. One person, one account — please don't create multiple accounts to inflate ratings.

When you submit a review, you agree that:

• It reflects your honest experience with the product.
• It contains no hate speech, harassment, doxxing, threats, or illegal content.
• It contains no spam, advertising, affiliate links, or off-topic content.
• You hold the rights to anything you post.
• You grant Gaindex a perpetual, royalty-free license to display your review on the site.

We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these rules, without notice.

Product nutrition values are sourced from manufacturer websites and community submissions. We do our best to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee they reflect the current formulation of any product. Always check the physical label before consuming.

Product names, logos, and packaging shown on Gaindex are the property of their respective owners. Gaindex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand listed on the site.

Gaindex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be available, accurate, or error-free at any given time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gaindex and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or any content posted on it.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
